21 rows · ~23 seats/row
Front row: 10ft from stage, -1ft elevation
Seat width: 23" (Broadway avg ~17")
Rows D-K in center considered best seats in house. Good rake provides clear sight lines. No column obstructions (balconies are cantilevered). Side seats in rows A-C may be at a disadvantageous angle for the front lip of the stage.
10 rows · ~26 seats/row
Front row: 40ft from stage, +18ft elevation
Rows A-D centre are highly recommended — good elevation for a clear view over the orchestra without the distance of the balcony. The intimate scale of the Hudson (970 seats) means even front dress circle seats feel close to the action.
8 rows · ~30 seats/row
Front row: 55ft from stage, +32ft elevation
Steeper and more cramped than the lower levels, but sightlines generally remain unobstructed due to the steep rake. Front centre balcony rows offer 'surprisingly detailed views' per seatplan.com — the small house size helps. Less legroom than lower levels.
